Vertical Stab – Skin preparation

Spend couple of hours preparing the Vertical stab skins.

De-burring, drilling and dimpling. Nothing fancy.

Had to modify the standard 3/32 dimple dies to get nutplates dimpled without damaging the central part of them. Their ears appear to be warped slightly after dimpling. I’ll fix it up before installation.

Will start attaching the nut-plates to the skin tomorrow.
