Vertical Stab – Skin. Attaching nutplates

Had a couple of hours attaching nutplates to the vertical stabilizer skin.

have done most of them. Considering drilling out one of the bottom nutplate and re-doing the rivets as I’m not quite happy with the way rivets got squeezed. The rivets are not bearing much load once the screws are in, so I may leave it the way it is. I’ll probably show it to another “pair of eyes” and see.
